Duty Manager

Full Job Description

We are looking for a Duty Manager – Front Office whom provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership to all Front Office personnel under the guidance of the Front Office Manager in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and the hotel.

This multi-skilled role requires HE/SHE to perform other additional tasks that may be assigned by EAM/DOR/FOM.


Diploma/degree in Hotel Management
Minimum 2 years working experience in a junior management or supervisory capacity in the Front Office of a 200+ room, four/five star international hotel.

PMS knowledge
