US SHIFT – NIGHT SHIFT IN INDIA – WORK FROM HOME- AMERICAN ACCENT

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Remote Call operator . The ideal candidate will have a strong American accent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently from home.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner

Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate department or person

Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information

Taking messages and forwarding them to the appropriate person

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their experience

Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

Strong American accent

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience in customer service or a similar field

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Access to a reliable computer and internet connection

Flexibility to work during business hours

This is a remote, part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time.
