Zonal Sales Manager

Full Job Description

Drive retail loan product by creating a pipeline of potential clients and developing a robust business model for the company.

1. Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Retail loan products and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
2. Facilitate the development of new network/channel relationships so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
3 Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
4 Facilitate the development of a robust business plan so as to improve the disbursal patterns
5 Ensure high quality Customer Service and good portfolio quality
6 Execute all the sales planning and oversee target allocation for their respective zones.
7 Optimize team productivity by effectively leading the team of sales managers so as to assure achievement of team results and thereby meet the business targets and profitability of the area
8 Define the sourcing funnel and align with the team to create a network of DSA / Direct Sales
9 Lead and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies
10. Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skills
11. Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
12. Ensure a strong understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets and provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
13. Maintain discipline and adherence to processes as per company’s policies, procedures and prepare reports as per company designed system.
14. Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
