Responsibilities and Duties
Job Description

• Advice present or prospective patients by answering calls

• Knowledge about Operation management

• Should be able to manage the patient’s queries & front office.

• Should be able to answer inquires regarding services delivered at the clinic

• To handle patient quires and direct them appropriately.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate Candidates required

• Good communication Skills

• Good knowledge about working on computer

• Should know about telecommunication technology

• Experience of minimum 1 year in clinic/hospital.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
