We are a fast growing Health and Wellness Organisation conducting Classical Hatha Yoga classes Online across India and offline classes in various cities in India.

Your day-to-day tasks are likely to include:

• Clarify customer queries about the multiple yoga programs being offered
• Excellent English communication is mandatory
• Fluency in any one regional language – Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam
• Ability to speak Hindi will be an added advantage
• Call prospective customers that have submitted inquiries through different communication channels
• Explain the different programs and clarify any doubts that the prospective customer has.
• Scheduling an appointment for visiting the venue
• Maintain the call details in the CRM application
• Followup with customers to find out if they are interested in the program
• Help the customer through the program registration process
• Validate if the registered customers have received the required guidelines
• Keep the CRM updated about the customers program duration
• Inform customers about upcoming program schedule
• Post program coordination and support

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
