Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for interacting with the customers of our clients over the phone, web and e-mail.
  • Planning the course of action to fully recover outstanding debt from the customers.
  • Updating the data and the information about the clients in the respective CRM systems.
  • Scheduling the payments with the debtors.
  • Must be able to achieve individual goals and contribute to department goals as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Handling International Collections Call.
  • Document the calls to ensure all information is captured & verified.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO (Voice).
  • Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
  • Adhering to the SOPs and instructions shared by the clients.
  • Should be willing to work in US Shifts.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
