Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for interacting with the customers of our clients over the phone, web and e-mail.
- Planning the course of action to fully recover outstanding debt from the customers.
- Updating the data and the information about the clients in the respective CRM systems.
- Scheduling the payments with the debtors.
- Must be able to achieve individual goals and contribute to department goals as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Handling International Collections Call.
- Document the calls to ensure all information is captured & verified.
- Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO (Voice).
- Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
- Adhering to the SOPs and instructions shared by the clients.
- Should be willing to work in US Shifts.
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
