Job Description :

insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.

• Collecting & entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information Entering, doing research & sorting data in a particular format into the computer system, Verifies & corrects errors to ensure accuracy of completed work, Able to work within deadlines to ensure speed without sacrificing accuracy.
• Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing an eye for detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
• Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
• Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
• Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
• Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Have to data entry from the Internet to CRM
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
• Sending emails for pre-approved pieces
• sending 100 emails per day
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
• Creating posts for publishing on social media
