Full Job Description
Your day to day As a Reservations Specialist, you’ll often be the first impression our guests have of our hotels – and first impressions count. You’ll be kept busy answering incoming calls from guests – enquiring about their preferences – to match them with a hotel that best meets their needs. Always ensuring they’re set up to have a memorable experience, wherever and whenever they stay with us.
Atleast 1 year experiance with opera knowledge is required.
