Job descriptionDo you analyze from the big data of our own management system how we can optimize the feed performance of our global customers? Will you help to optimize our new management system with the help of your nutritional knowledge? Do you train our advisors so that they can give the best nutritional advice using our state-of-the-art automatic feeding solutions?

Lely has more than 30,000 customers with a (real-time) management system in use. This means a lot of information about nutrition, automatic feeding, the influence on cow health and quality of milk. There is still a lot to discover in this area and to advise our customers, you can contribute to that. Together with the software specialists of the management system, you dive into this wealth of information.

All the knowledge and expertise that the (international) customer advisors need comes from your department in the field of automatic feeding. You know everything about rations and mixing feed from your previous work experience. You use this knowledge to provide our customer advisor with the right tools to provide (potential) customers with the right information.

You create the training, provide the train-the-trainer training to our customer advisors all over the world and ensure that you collect enough information to develop a new training that is in line with the issues that customers face.

Job requirementsYou are now, whether you have worked as a nutrition specialist at a compound feed manufacturer or as an independent feed specialist. You prefer to have gained knowledge and experience of international livestock farming or you would like to take this step. Together with colleagues from PD, you dive into the big data of more than 30,000 active management systems. You don’t have to be technical, but it helps if you have experience developing management software systems.
