Job Purpose

BA is responsible for coordinating and communicating with clients. He should possess a complete skill set and knowledge for his domain. Should be able to solve any query or problem arising for his area of expertise.

1. To Coordinate with clients on regular

2. To track the progress report of clients allotted to self and team

3. Conform to professional behaviours and maintain confidentiality.

4. Assist clients through meetings, calls or e-mail

5. To ensure that entire scope of work gets done within due timelines.

6. Understand the complete Business process of his clients from start to end.

7. Relationship and rapport building with clients for getting referrals and testimonials.

8. Focus on building database for different industries.

9. Work as change agent in life and business of client, measurable change in clients turnover, profit and team management.

Prof. Education – MBA from reputed College.

Experience –

Min. 1-2 years

Behavioral & Technical Skills

a. Prior Experience of handling clients.

b. Excellent Communication skills.

c. Working Knowledge of Ms excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
