FnB Service Trainer and Mentor
Job Description
Purpose of the job
Produce finest quality professionals for entry level Hospitality Operations who are sought after for employment by leading employers and who pursue and continue their employment with a purpose of career growth.
Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities
The responsibilities of FnB Service Trainer and Mentor will be as follows:
- Review and baseline the FnB Service Curriculum for the Training Centre
- Prepare Week by Week Plan for delivery of the curriculum and hourly plan for Day in a Life of SAATHIYA student
- Train Students in FnB Service Technical Skills
- Conduct Periodic and Summative Assessments
- Monitor Daily Progress thru learning assignments and worksheets
- Provide individual attention to each student as per the need
- Prepare Students for Employment Essentials
- Follow up with Students and Employers regarding their Performance in the Job
- Conduct Parent and NGO interactions for students to know them better and influence their behaviour to build positive attitude
- Manage CoP (Community of Professionals) within SAATHIYA Digital Network and monitor Career Progression of alumni
- Assist in Student mobilization and Week Zero Activities
- On The Job Training and Job Placements
- Design New Courses as per the need
Essential Qualification
Mandatory Skills/ Competencies
Academic: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹217,139.70 – ₹768,414.28 per year
